registration is closed.

We are busy processing the final batch of registrations in order to send out Fitbit codes. We need time to confirm clear cost registration, employment status and insurance participation before the codes are distributed. We’re sorry for the delay, but all that cross-checking takes time. If you registered in the last two weeks, you can expect to receive your code no later than March 3rd.

Stay in the loop

Make sure you’re setup to receive messages related to the FitLiving program through your Fitbit. When you setup your new device it prompted you to join Resource Group Health. If you clicked accept - great, you’re in the loop! If you clicked ignore you’re going to miss out on all the updates related to the program and activities.

Fitbit Group Health SettingsHere's how to update your Group Health Settings:

  • Login to Fitbit.com
  • click on the gear icon in the top right corner
  • click “settings”
  • click “Fitbit Group Health” from the left sidebar menu
  • If you accepted the Resource Group Health prompt when setting up your Fitbit you’ll see the date you joined and your membership information. If you declined the prompt during set-up you can “join” the group here. This will allow you to stay in the loop related to all Fitbit programing.

Fitbit Customer Support

Fitbit Customer Support can be reached at (877) 623-4997. The individual should indicate to customer support that they received the device through the Corporate Wellness Program with Resource Training & Solutions. The Customer Support team will troubleshoot from there.
