Medical Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts 

Resource offers two types of pre-tax health care savings accounts. The flexible spending account allows employees to pay for medical expenses and day care through pre-tax salary reductions. The VEBA Savings Accounts must be solely funded by the employer to pay for eligible medical expenses.
  • VEBA Savings Accounts (Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association)
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (Section 125)
