This program will provide educators with a concentration of online professional development course work in the areas of assessment, instruction, and classroom management that will support the National Staff Development Council's content and process standards within the learning and leadership contexts of your school. Participants will meet others in a face to face setting and network with other professionals through an online professional learning community.

- Use Framework for Teaching self-assessment to determine focus of professional growth plan (PGP) aligned with school improvement plan (SIP) and district improvement plan (DIP)
- Examine quality of teaching through peer review, mentoring and guidance
- Develop assessment and instructional strategies to meet priority standards and essential outcomes
- Facilitate access to new knowledge and technology skills through online, job-embedded professional learning
- Develop technology competencies that transfer from organizational accountability to high student achievement
- Contribute to an online repository of curriculum resources, teaching strategies, common/formative assessments
CEUs and graduate credit are available to support job-embedded learning.
